Without even noticing, another week has flown by in Chalutzim, and what an exciting week it was:
A week in which we celebrated together the 4th July with a remarkable fireworks show, a movie and a relaxing day at the park!
A week in which we we’ve proclaimed eight new campers as “Hebrew King/Queen of the Day” after they spoke only Hebrew for an entire day!
A week in which we became chefs, and experimented with making homemade ice cream, baking challot for Shabbat, and building magical chocolate houses!
A week in which the campers gave fascinating presentations about their Bar/Bat Mitzvah experiences and their connection to Israel.
In summary, we can say it was a week where we learned the wonderful qualities that make up the human mosaic called “Chalutzim.”
We are excited for the future and can’t wait to tell you more!
