HOW TO REGISTER USING CAMPINTOUCH

CampInTouch is our secure registration system. You must complete the registration process in one session. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will not be able to save and restart an online application later.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Checking information, if paying online
  • Emergency contact names and phone numbers

  • Enroll for this upcoming summer!
  • Access Camp Forms & Mailings
  • View Summer Photos and Email
  • Update Personal Information

How to login to campintouch

RETURNING FAMILIES You already have a CampInTouch account if you registered for Summer 2022 or 2023, viewed Summer 2023 photos, or sent camper emails while they were at camp. Use your CampInTouch login to register a new camper or a returning camper. (If you don’t remember your login, click “Retrieve/Set Password” on the login page to recover it.)

NEW FAMILIES Click the ‘Begin your Application’ button – and then create a new account with your email and a password of your choice.

Please make sure to save your login information for future use!

To register more than one child

After registering your first child and reach the final “Application Submitted” screen, click the “Begin New Application” link. All the information for your first child will be saved as you begin the application for your next child.

 

 
Who is the primary parent/guardian

The application will assign the person completing the online form as “Primary” parent/guardian and this person will have the main login for the account. You can add additional parent/guardian contact information and email addresses to the account, but the camp will consider the “Primary” person as the main point of contact by default.

 

 
Payments

PAYING A DEPOSIT You will need to pay a deposit of $500 per camper for summer camp. We can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover or ACH Check 

PAYING SUMMER CAMP BALANCE After your application is accepted, all fees are due by late April around 2 months before the summer season starts. Specific dates are communicated after you register. To assist in paying your camp balance in a timely fashion, we offer multiple payment options to best suit your needs. The payment plans are as follows: 

  • One payment by credit card now: By selecting this option, you agree that the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) may charge your credit card the FULL TUITION upon enrollment.  
  • Three installments by credit card or ACH Check: By selecting this option, you agree that the URJ may automatically charge your account in three payments on January 16th 2024, March 12th 2024, and April 9th 2024.
  • Monthly Payment Plan: By choosing this billing preference, you agree to have the Union for Reform Judaism process your camper’s tuition in equal installments on your card on file. These charges will start on the 2nd Tuesday of the month following your child’s enrollment and end in the second week of April. The corresponding dates are November 14th, December 12th, January 16th, February 13th, March 12th, and April 9th.

Please note that communications sent from or through CampInTouch to Gmail email addresses often get filtered to a spam folder. Please check your spam folder following registration if you do not receive a confirmation of enrollment. If you still have not received an email, please give the office a call at 847-509-0990.

 

 
If you sign up on a waitlist

You will be contacted by our office within three to five business days.

URJ Immunization policy
The Union for Reform Judaism requires that all camp and travel program participants, staff and faculty must be immunized. For more information, read the URJ Policy Statement on Vaccine Status.
