Jerry and Susan are thrilled to announce that Solly Kane will be joining the OSRUI staff as of September 1st as Assistant Director. Solly has been a part of the camp community since 2001 as a camper, counselor and most recently as Avodah Rosh Eidah. A lifelong active Reform Jew, growing up outside of Minneapolis, Solly credits OSRUI as one of the places that had the strongest impact in shaping his Jewish identity, and values sharing that same passion with future generations of campers. He is an honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spent a semester at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This year Solly is working for the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism in Washington D.C. as an Eisendrath Legislative Assistant, focusing on Israel and inter-religious affairs for the Reform Movement.
