I am thrilled to begin my 12th summer at camp, this time as Rosh Eidah of Moshavah! Similar to our year-round camp office, I am a native of Northbrook, IL.  This coming fall, I will be a senior at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where I have enjoyed studying History and African Studies, as well as eating cheese. Wisconsin has another great city that I love to spend my entire summer in—Oconomowoc! This is my 6th summer as a part of the Moshavah community, including two of my favorite summers at OSRUI as a camper. I have served as songleader for the last two summers and while it will be sad to relinquish my songleading responsibilities, I am truly excited to take on my duties as a Rosh Eidah.

The Moshavah staff is comprised of enthusiastic, fun, and energetic college students, who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our wonderful campers. They have already been hard at work for a few weeks, going through training to be certified in Wilderness First Aid and going on the Moshavah staff trip, where they went to the places they’ll be going with our chanichim so they are well prepared to lead the trips.  We joined Tzofim’s staff to set-up our army-style tents and the rest of our eidot (units). We cannot wait to spend our summer hiking, biking, rock climbing, and canoeing. There is a lot of fun in store for all of our campers in Moshavah this summer!
