Shalom everyone!

We are having having a wonderful week at OSRUI! After recuperating from a fantastic 3-day canoe trip, we are back to doing what we do best. Sunday night each Tzrif had “Tzrif night” in which all of us got to spend some quality time with each other having a blast. Some of us were hosted by Jerry and Susan for an evening of fun while others enjoyed making a campfire, and a special girls night. This week we also had Yom Tzava (army day). This was a very successful day lead by our staff, in which the campers had the opportunity to learn about what each counselor did in the army, how to perform drills and how to climb, and wrote beautiful letters to solders in Israel. Tonight is Festikayits (Summerfest). This is an all-camp program in which Chalutzim campers are taking leadership roles. The kids are very excited to perform in zumba, singing, and playing guitar. As Shabbat approaches, we are looking forward to our last week of fun and excitement in Chalutzim!
