By Danny Altkorn, Rosh Eidah of Moshavah
What a fantastic week we had in Moshavah! Though we did not embark on any of our normal tevadventures, we had wonderful times exploring teva at camp with the Mosh community! The campers had a great time reflecting on their amazing experiences this past week on their various tiyulim (trips) and are excitedly awaiting our next tiyul that leaves Sunday morning.
The week started off with tent nights where each tent had a great bonding activity planned. Each of the tents had a lot of fun! The next day we had the pleasure of seeing Tzofim put on Hundred Acre Wood Stock (all camp talent show) and cheered on three Moshavah campers as they performed their amazing talents for all of camp! We were so proud of Jordyn, Carley and Miriam for representing our unit!
Yesterday, Moshavah participated in the all camp Maccabiah games (color wars) where they got to bond with all of camp and have fun in some great sporting events. The theme is Israeli kibbutzim (Israeli communities) and the campers are loving learning about Israeli culture and society by representing different kibbutzim!
We are greatly looking forward to a restful Shabbat, upcoming tiyul and last week with our amazing friends and camp community!
