Rosh Eidah (unit head) week is an opportunity for our unit heads to come together as a group, before the entire staff arrives, to prepare and plan for the summer, to discuss their goals for themselves, their unit, and the camp, and to do some professional development to improve their skills as the leaders, mentors, and role models of OSRUI. This summer, our unit heads will participate in sessions on peer-to-peer leadership training, effective communication, emergency procedures, working with the calendar, how to give and receive feedback, how to “think outside the box”, and so much more!
