Here is everything that you missed while we were resting for Shabbat:

This weekend was an incredible one at OSRUI.  We welcomed over 60 alumni back home to 600 Lac La Belle Dr for a weekend of laughs, memories, song, dance, and catching up.  We also welcomed over 20 of our board of governors to camp for their meeting Sunday.

The highlight of the weekend was honoring our beloved Susan Alexander, associate director of OSRUI, for eighteen amazing years of service to camp.  She was surprised with the outpouring of love, care, support, and generosity, yet everything that was said was so well deserved for the love, care, support, and generosity she has given to the thousands of chanichim (campers) and madrichim (counselors) for whom her impact has been life changing.  She was greeted by well wishes from those who love and adore her from near and far.  On Friday evening, all the Shabbat Shira schtick was about Susan and two different onegs were held in her honor.  On Saturday, a tree with a plaque was planted in her honor to commemorate her dedication, passion, and loyalty to OSRUI and to ensure that her impact is felt for generations to come! #CHAISUSAN
