Forms Are the Best Way to Communicate Your Needs to Us

As we prepare for the summer, we want to learn as much as possible about each and every camper before they even step foot on camp. The information shared with us ahead of the summer helps us ensure a healthy and successful experience at OSRUI for everyone.
This is why the forms are important. They’re our map for creating a safe adventure full of memories, friendships, and joy for the whole OSRUI community.
There are 2 ways to access your forms: Through the CampInTouch Forms Dashboard or through the Campanion App.

CampInTouch
The CampInTouch Dashboard is a way to access your forms where you will see which forms are required for your camper and which are optional. The Form Instructions include a checklist of all forms, and any special instructions. All forms are due April 15, except where noted.
Please note: all forms must be submitted electronically through either CampInTouch or the Campanion App.
The Campanion App
Campanion is a mobile app that is used during the summer to share your child’s experience at camp (pictures, updates and more!) and can streamline the process of returning Camper Forms. Campanion includes a built-in PDF uploader, allowing you to take pictures of your forms with your phone or mobile device and upload them directly to your account.
To get started, follow these simple steps:
- Download the Campanion app
- Login to the app using your Camper Account login and password
- Complete and Upload Forms and Documents
