To-Do Before Summer:
1. sign your contract (ASAP)
If you have not yet signed your contract, please do so ASAP. If you need it to be sent again, please email Dylan.
2. complete your forms (By 5/1)
3. get a covid vaccine (ASAP)
All of our adults in camp MUST be vaccinated before summer. If you are having trouble finding a vaccine, please email Mady Frischer, who may be able to assist.
4. Get in the camp mindset (see below)
5. Get a pcr covid test within 72 hours of arriving to camp
You will need to take a PCR test 72 hours before arrival to camp, and send camp the results prior to arrival . In addition, you should immediately inform camp if anyone in your school pod or household tests positive for COVID-19 within the two weeks prior to camp starting .
6. Bring your ID documents that you used in your contract
All staff must bring the physical IDs you used when you signed your contract. Generally, people usually use either a passport or both a drivers license AND social security card/birth certificate. You can find a full list of acceptable forms of identification here.
Getting in the camp mindset!
This year, we are providing optional resources for you to review before the summer. All of these resources are asynchronous and can be done on your own time. Perhaps you listen to a podcast while you workout, shower, drive somewhere, or while cleaning your house (Nikayon is important at home, too!). We’d love you listen to all of them, but if only one or two sound interesting, that’s fine too!
